Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Unworn and unused

*In its original condition with all tags attached

* In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Underwear / intimate items

* Gift cards

* Clearance / sale items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

* Your order number

* The item(s) you wish to return

* The reason for the return

We will then provide the next steps for your return.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please Note

* Original shipping costs are non-refundable

* Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange either:

* A replacement, or

* A full refund at no additional cost
