How do i know which size to choose?
How much is delivery? UK delivery costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer worldwide delivery, with the cost calculated according to your destination. You’ll see the full delivery charge before completing your order.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive? We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. UK orders will usually arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination. You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Can i return an item? Yes. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items in accordance with our returns policy. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Some items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Flexible payment options including Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal Pay Later are also available on eligible orders. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.
Do you deliver internationally? Yes! Alfloren offers worldwide delivery. International delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary by country, and any customs duties or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available. You can use this to follow your delivery’s progress.
